NEX Team Inc. offers a limited one-year warranty for the Nex Playground and its included accessories, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one year from the original date of delivery. This warranty is intended for the original purchaser and applies only when the conditions outlined in this policy are met. It ensures that, during the warranty period, the product performs as intended and provides protection against certain manufacturing defects.

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period and you follow the proper return process, Nex may, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law, repair the product using new or refurbished parts, replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished unit, or provide a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Any replacement device becomes the property of the customer, while the original or returned product becomes the property of Nex. The repaired or replaced unit will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days following the replacement or repair, whichever is longer, unless local regulations specify otherwise.

To request warranty service, customers should contact NexPlayground@outlook.com. Once the request is approved, detailed instructions will be provided for returning the product. Proof of purchase is required, and the product must be shipped in its original or protective packaging to the address specified by Nex. Warranty service cannot be provided for items sent without prior approval or sent to an incorrect location.

Customers should be aware that during warranty service, the product may be reformatted, and all data stored on the device could be erased. It is the responsibility of the user to back up any files, software, or other materials before sending the product for service. The product may also be restored to factory settings, and software updates may be applied, which could prevent a return to previous versions. Any data recovery or reinstallation is not included under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, exposure to liquids, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Consumable components such as batteries, cosmetic damage like scratches or dents, and any use contrary to the product documentation are also excluded. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, commercial use, removal or alteration of serial numbers, and support services or software related to the product are not covered under this warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole warranty provided, replacing all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nex disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or costs for replacement products. The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nex’s suppliers and licensors bear no additional responsibility. In jurisdictions where certain disclaimers or limits cannot be enforced, liability is restricted to the extent allowed by law.
