To be eligible for a return, the product must have been purchased directly through our channels, remain in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or confirmation email. Coverage for repaired or replacement items continues for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer, unless otherwise required by local law.

Certain products are non-returnable, including software, digital downloads, and gift cards. However, first-time purchases of Play Pass subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within seven days of activation.
