The services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites, and we encourage reviewing their terms before use. Nex Playground reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, users must cease using the services, and we may remove or disable content at our discretion.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nex Playground is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to any payments made for the services during the six months prior to a claim. Users agree to indemnify Nex Playground and its affiliates against claims or damages arising from violations of these Terms or misuse of the services.

These Terms are governed by California law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in San Jose, California. We may revise these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the services or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
